The traditional extraction process for Chinese herbal medicines is generally plagued by two major challenges: low efficiency and the loss of active ingredients. High-temperature heating destroys heat-sensitive components, and a single extraction method struggles to accommodate the varying characteristics of different herbal materials, thereby hindering improvements in the quality of Chinese herbal formulations and their large-scale production. We have innovatively combined extraction vessels with percolation vessels in a scientifically optimized configuration, leveraging the strengths of each to compensate for the other’s weaknesses. By precisely tailoring process pathways to the specific characteristics of different herbal materials, we have fundamentally overcome the limitations of traditional extraction methods.
