The traditional extraction process for Chinese herbal medicines is generally plagued by two major challenges: low efficiency and the loss of active ingredients. High-temperature heating destroys heat-sensitive components, and a single extraction method struggles to accommodate the varying characteristics of different herbal materials, thereby hindering improvements in the quality of Chinese herbal formulations and their large-scale production. We have innovatively combined extraction vessels with percolation vessels in a scientifically optimized configuration, leveraging the strengths of each to compensate for the other’s weaknesses. By precisely tailoring process pathways to the specific characteristics of different herbal materials, we have fundamentally overcome the limitations of traditional extraction methods.

Thanks to their highly efficient and controllable filtration performance, plate-and-frame filters have become a core piece of equipment in the clarification process for traditional Chinese medicine formulations. They effectively remove impurities without damaging active ingredients, achieving the dual objectives of “high clarity and high retention of bioactivity,” thereby fully meeting GMP requirements.

Traditional concentration and purification processes have long faced challenges such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, the susceptibility of heat-sensitive components to degradation, and insufficient purity due to residual impurities. It is difficult for a single piece of equipment to balance concentration speed with the retention of bioactive compounds, and crude purification methods further compromise the stability of pharmacological efficacy and quality control in traditional Chinese medicine formulations. We utilize a triple-effect evaporator to complete the concentration process quickly and energy-efficiently, followed by in-depth purification of the extract via chromatography columns. This forms a closed-loop process chain of “high-efficiency concentration + precision purification,” providing dual assurance for the quality of TCM formulations.

Through precise closed-loop control of key parameters such as temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen, the bioreactor provides a “tailor-made” growth environment for the cultivation of bioactive substances such as probiotics and enzyme preparations. Featuring a fully sealed, sterile design, the equipment combines high-efficiency agitation with an intelligent sensing system to achieve high-density, high-purity, and high-safety fermentation production, delivering high-quality raw materials for downstream purification processes.

Thanks to their specific adsorption and highly efficient separation capabilities, chromatography columns have become essential equipment in the purification process of biopharmaceuticals. They can precisely capture target active ingredients from complex fermentation broths and efficiently remove impurities such as off-target proteins, nucleic acids, and endotoxins, thereby significantly improving purity while preserving biological activity and meeting the stringent quality control requirements of biopharmaceuticals.

We utilize a solution preparation system in conjunction with a magnetic stirrer tank to achieve fully automated, aseptic operations throughout the entire process—from ingredient metering and delivery to mixing and homogenization. This approach completely eliminates human error and the risk of contamination, ensuring that every batch of pharmaceutical solution has consistent concentration and stable quality.

Single-effect evaporators utilize the principle of vacuum low-temperature concentration. By reducing the pressure in the evaporation chamber, they enable the medicinal solution to boil and evaporate at a lower temperature (typically 40–70°C), rapidly removing moisture while maximizing the retention of the activity of heat-sensitive components and volatile aromatic substances. The equipment offers flexible operation and precise temperature control, making it the ideal concentration solution for pharmaceutical solutions containing essential oils and heat-sensitive components.

With precise temperature and time control, an adjustable stirring/circulation system, and multiple extraction modes (decoction, reflux, maceration, and percolation), the extraction tank seamlessly meets the dual requirements of alkaloid extraction and medicinal wine production. With just one set of equipment, companies can flexibly adjust process parameters based on product type to achieve the dual objectives of high-purity alkaloid extraction and high-quality medicinal wine production.

Stainless steel storage tanks are manufactured from high-quality food-grade austenitic stainless steel (typically 304 or 316L). The inner walls are precision-polished, offering excellent properties such as odorlessness, no leaching, and corrosion resistance. Combined with a fully enclosed sealing structure and aseptic connection design, these tanks effectively prevent material contamination, volatilization, and oxidation, providing a long-term, safe, and stable storage environment for pharmaceutical solutions, solvents, and intermediates. The specifications and structure of the equipment can be customized according to material characteristics to meet the classified storage requirements throughout the entire pharmaceutical production process.

Magnetic stirring tanks utilize magnetic drive technology, completely eliminating traditional mechanical shaft seals to create a fully enclosed stirring environment that eliminates the risk of leakage and contamination. Combined with a scientifically designed stirring paddle, they create a three-dimensional circulation within the tank, ensuring comprehensive mixing of materials with no dead zones. The equipment supports precise control of stirring speed and duration, easily accommodating a wide range of pharmaceutical solutions—from low-viscosity aqueous samples to high-viscosity pastes—and provides an ideal “sterile, uniform, and controllable” stirring solution for pharmaceutical formulation.
