💡Biological fermentation tanks, also known as bioreactors, are made of 316L food-grade stainless steel. They support SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) aseptic sterilization, CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) automated cleaning, and high-precision PID parameter control, and are suitable for the fully automated aseptic production of microbial fermentation products, cell cultures, enzyme preparations, antibiotics, and probiotics.

I. Product Introduction

Biological fermentation tanks (bioreactors) are core aseptic reaction vessels used for the cultivation of microorganisms (bacteria, yeast, fungi) or animal and plant cells. They integrate a full suite of functions, including sterilization, aeration and agitation, temperature and humidity control, pH adjustment, dissolved oxygen control, automatic defoaming, and intelligent feed addition, and operate under aseptic, sealed conditions throughout the entire process. They are widely used in large-scale biological fermentation production across industries such as biopharmaceuticals, food fermentation, enzyme preparation, amino acid synthesis, probiotic cultivation, and biofuels.

II. How It Works

Pour the prepared culture medium into the fermenter, perform full sterilization using the built-in SIP steam system, and inoculate with microbial strains or animal and plant cells. The equipment precisely controls the temperature (25–45°C) via a jacket heat exchanger and built-in coils, and is equipped with a stirring system and a microporous gas distributor to enhance the transfer of oxygen from sterile air. The system automatically adjusts acidity and alkalinity to stabilize the pH and intelligently adds defoaming agents to prevent foam overflow. During the production process, carbon sources, nitrogen sources, and precursor materials are automatically replenished according to the metabolic requirements of the microbial strain. The entire process is intelligently controlled by a PLC. Upon completion of fermentation, discharge is performed under sealed conditions, ensuring a sterile, stable, and highly active fermentation environment throughout the entire process.

Variable-frequency speed-controlled stirring, with an optional seal-less magnetic stirring system to prevent bacterial contamination and accommodate the oxygenation requirements of different microbial strains.

It evenly disperses sterile air, significantly increasing the gas-liquid contact area and enhancing oxygen transfer efficiency.

✅ Heat-exchange jacket/built-in heat-exchange coil

Rapid heating and cooling, precise maintenance of a constant temperature environment for fermentation, tailored to the metabolic requirements of specific microbial strains.

Real-time monitoring of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), foam, and CO₂ concentration, with accurate and traceable data.
