IV. Operating Principle

The raw material solution is automatically drawn into the concentration tank via vacuum suction. A heat source is introduced through the jacket to uniformly heat the material, while a vacuum pump continuously extracts air from the tank to maintain a stable negative pressure environment, allowing the solution to boil and evaporate at a low temperature of 55–70°C; The resulting secondary steam sequentially undergoes vapor-liquid separation, tube-bundle condensation, and coil-type deep cooling. The concentrated product is ultimately stored in the finished product tank, while the condensed organic solvent flows into the recovery tank for recovery. The entire process operates in an automated, closed-loop system.
