I. Product Introduction
Stainless steel storage tanks are used for the transfer, temporary storage, or long-term storage of liquid materials (such as pharmaceutical solutions, purified water, solvents, and food pulp). They can be equipped with accessories such as insulation, agitators, level gauges, breather valves, and cleaning balls as needed to meet GMP or industrial-grade requirements.
II. How It Works
The storage tank receives material from upstream through the inlet and provides a sealed storage environment. A breather maintains the internal pressure balance, a level gauge displays the liquid level in real time, and the bottom outlet is connected to a downstream pump or piping. When heating or cooling is required, the medium is fed through the jacket or coils; when mixing is required, an agitator is installed.
