💡The magnetic stirring tank features a magnetic coupling drive with no mechanical seals. It has a mirror-finished 316L stainless steel tank body, ensuring zero leakage and making it suitable for stirring and mixing in aseptic pharmaceutical applications as well as with flammable, explosive, and toxic materials. It supports CIP cleaning and SIP in-place sterilization.

I. Product Introduction

Magnetic stirrer tanks use a magnetic coupling to transmit power from the motor to the stirrer blade inside the tank; with no mechanical seals, they completely eliminate the risk of leakage. They are particularly suitable for stirring and mixing sterile, high-purity, flammable, explosive, or toxic materials.

II. How It Works

The outer magnet is connected to the motor, and the inner magnet is connected to the stirring shaft; the two are completely separated by a stainless steel isolation sleeve. The motor drives the outer magnet to rotate; the magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnet to rotate in sync, thereby driving the stirring paddle. The entire process involves no dynamic seals, ensuring zero contact between the material inside the tank and the outside environment.
