I. Product Introduction

The solution preparation system consists of a concentrate tank and a dilute solution tank, and is used for dissolving, mixing, formulating, and adjusting the volume of liquid materials. The concentrate tank is used for initial preparation of high-concentration solutions, while the dilute solution tank is used for further dilution to the target concentration. The system is widely used in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food and beverage, and fine chemicals industries.

II. How It Works

The material is fed into the tank through the feed port; the agitator provides mixing and shear forces, and the jacket can be circulated with steam or cooling water for temperature control. After a high-concentration solution is prepared in the concentrate tank, it is transferred via piping to the dilute tank, where a solvent is added to dilute it to the specified concentration. Once thoroughly mixed, the solution is discharged through the outlet to downstream filling or storage processes.
