Crystallization Tank | Evaporative Crystallization and Purification Equipment for the Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries

💡The crystallization tank features a 316L stainless steel jacketed structure and supports both cooling crystallization and vacuum evaporation crystallization. Programmable temperature control allows for adjustment of crystal particle size, making it suitable for the crystallization, separation, and purification of active pharmaceutical ingredients, food additives, and fine chemical materials.

I. Product Introduction

Crystallization tanks are used to bring a solution to a supersaturated state through temperature changes or solvent evaporation, thereby causing crystals to precipitate. They are widely used in the crystallization and purification of active pharmaceutical ingredients, food additives, and fine chemical products.

II. How It Works

Add the hot saturated solution to the crystallization tank. Slowly cool it by passing cooling water (or refrigerant) through the jacket, or evaporate the solvent under vacuum to gradually increase the solution’s supersaturation. The stirrer promotes uniform supercooling of the solution and controls the crystal growth rate and particle size distribution. Once crystallization is complete, the crystal slurry is discharged through the bottom valve and centrifuged to obtain wet crystals.
